Right to Cancel

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within fourteen (14) days.

Cancellation Period

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or post).

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving your notice of cancellation.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after informing us of your cancellation.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
